Located at Plot. No. 5215, G.I.D.C., Phase-IV, Vatva, Ahmedabad-382445, our well developed infrastructure with complete production facilities is spread over an area of 1500 sq. meters. This helps us in manufacturing various kinds of castings like stainless steel castings, alloy steel castings, carbon steel castings as per the specifications provided by the clients.

PATTERN SHOP Well equipped pattern shop for wooden/metallic patternsMOULDING SHOP Equipped with Pneumatic rammers, employing Sodium-Silicate, NO-BAKE Oil Systems.
MELTING SHOP Equipped with MEGATHERM Make 250KW Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnace having Two Crucibles each of 500 KGS & 300 KGS of nominal capacity installed with capacity of 900 tonnes per annum.
HEAT TREATMENT SHOP Equipped with 1200mm x 1200mm x 1500mm electrical Heat Treatment Furnace with Air, Water & Oil Quenching Facility. Equipped with microprocessor based Digital Temperature indicator & recorder & controller. 3000kgs. Capacity in each Heat. ( Under Installation)
FETTLING SHOP Well equipped fettling shop with heavy-duty swing frame grinders (2 Nos.), Flexible Shaft Grinder (4 Nos.) & SHOT BLASTING MACHINE (48 TABLE SIZE).
MACHINE SHOP Available for PROOF/FINAL MACHINING with arrangement for various machine tools like horizontal boring, Vertical lathe, conventional lathes, radial drill, gear hobbing, milling, shaping, grinding, planning & various other machines.
